Learn to study the market to find books similar to your own and see what primer words, phrases, they are using to attract readers and signal their genre. Study cover design and colors to see if your covers really stack up. Be prepared to study blurb style, themes, and tones. You might think you know your genre and tropes but if it's been a some time since you studied the market, you'd be surprised how quickly things change! You'll go through the same homework and exercises members of our Mastermind and Mentorship have done before with handholding from NYT bestselling author, Malorie Cooper & USAT bestselling author, Jill Cooper! You'll be invited to a private group and watch a video each day! Then you'll tackle the homework and paste your results in the group! We will answer questions and help each other.
